I’m a clock repairer based in west London. My father has been repairing clocks for over thirty years, and I’ve recently joined him in this absorbing activity. I’m also a member of Epping Forest Horology Club where the knowledge and experience of tutors and other members is invaluable in helping to solve the problems that crop up in this type of work.
This is an occasional blog about the clocks that pass through my hands, and the types of repair and refurbishment that are required. It will also serve as a documentation record of progress on the longer jobs, and I’ll also try to include as many photographs as possible.
